For more than three decades, his career has operated at the nexus of media, technology, and public policy.
Ratner was previously president and CEO of The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), vice chairman of Cablevision Systems Corporation, chief operating officer of AMC Networks (formerly Rainbow Media) and president and CEO of Independent Sports and Entertainment (ISE).

Schwartz is a seasoned technology and digital media executive and pioneer in internet video management and over-the-top (“OTT”) video delivery. He has held leadership positions with PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., Primedia, NBC/General Electric, and the Walt Disney Company. Conkling is the Global Head of TV & Film Partnerships at YouTube driving transformation and growth for the TV & Film vertical across all of YouTube’s platforms, including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and PayTV. Before joining Google, Conkling was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for NBCUniversal’s Digital Enterprises team. Earlier in her career, she held senior distribution and business development roles at A+E Networks and The Walt Disney Company, where she co-led the team that launched ESPNU.
